Our Owner and Tutor!
My name is Hayley Woodworth and I am an experienced educator and tutor. I went to Grand Canyon University to get my degree in Elementary Education. I have worked as a classroom teacher, tutor, educational support professional and many other roles that have allowed me to learn to understand children and their minds.
I started the tutoring business Structure and Heart because I believe students need individualized structured plans to achieve their goals while also building their confidence through patience and kindness.
Whether your child needs academic support, enrichment, or personalized instruction, my goal is to help them reach their goals in a way that works for them.

This includes five one-hour tutoring sessions as well as a free 25 minute individualized planning session to create a tutoring plan that works for your child’s tutoring needs! This can include multiple subjects or focus on the subject of your choice.

Two and a half hour deep dive to boost exam confidence in a way that works for the individual students. This includes accommodations, individualization and understanding.
